In the midst of the Dolomites at 1154 meters above sea level and surrounded by mountain peaks, green meadows and forests, lies the idyllic village of Villabassa – a great central base for wonderful walks, countless hikes, unforgettable cycling excursions and extreme mountain bike rides to Lake Braies and Prato Piazza, to Brunico or to Lienz and Cortina, as well as the Three Peaks and the Sesto Dolomites.

In the centre of the village is a large park with its own lake, floodlit tennis courts and a wonderful KNEIPP ACTIVITY PARK. For children the spa park is a real play paradise! Bouncy castles for the little ones and an adventure land for the kids are part of the unique range of activities on offer.

In winter too snowy Villabassa is the ideal base for making the most of the ski resorts in the Upper Pusteria Valley (Monte Elmo, Croda Rossa, Monte Baranci e Braies), Plan de Corones and Cortina d'Ampezzo.
Over 200 km of marked cross-country skiing trails, perfectly groomed slopes for alpine skiers and snowboarders, great toboggan runs for the whole family and countless ski trips in the Dolomites await you.
